Privacy Policy & PIPEDA Compliance

This Privacy Policy explains what data this website collects, how it is processed, and what rights you hold under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. 1. Data Minimisation Philosophy

This website operates as a non-transactional informational gateway. We do not operate a casino. We do not process gambling transactions. We do not hold player funds.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, process, or store any of the following categories of personal data:

Full names, dates of birth, or postal addresses
Email addresses (no registration or newsletter exists)
Payment card numbers, bank account details, or financial transaction records
Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation (passports, driving licences, utility bills)
Gambling history, wager amounts, or win/loss records
Self-exclusion status

All financial transactions, identity verification, and gambling activity occur exclusively between the user and the third-party AGCO-registered operator. We have no access to that data.

2. Telemetry & Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

This website deploys a single analytics service: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google Ireland Limited.

GA4 collects the following anonymised telemetry:

Page views and navigation paths — to measure content performance and identify broken internal links.
Device type, operating system, and browser version — to ensure the HTML5 WebGL client renders correctly across devices.
Approximate geographic region (country-level only) — to verify Canadian traffic routing.
Session duration and bounce rate — to monitor server stability and page load performance.

IP Address Handling

Google Analytics 4 does not log full IP addresses. Unlike its predecessor (Universal Analytics), GA4's architecture processes IP data for geolocation purposes during collection but does not store or expose the full IP address in reports or exports. No additional IP anonymisation configuration is required — this is GA4's default behaviour.

What We Do Not Deploy

No third-party advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads tags)
No social media tracking scripts (Facebook SDK, Twitter widgets)
No data broker integrations or data resale agreements
No fingerprinting, canvas fingerprinting, or cross-device tracking technologies

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC): priv.gc.ca.

GA4 Opt-Out

You may block GA4 data collection entirely by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or by configuring your browser to reject analytical cookies.
